Drop the pounds by drinking tea!

For many of us, loosing those extra pounds is a challenge. Most diets leave you feeling exhausted and hungry all the time, not to mention cranky! I have spent a lot of time working out and busting my ass for little reward. I don’t know about you, but I hated it.
